Running Socks

Fractel's compression socks combine targeted support with a breathable knit, so you can go the distance without your feet slowing you down.

Targeted Compression, Blister-Free Comfort

Compression zones support circulation through the calf and arch, and a breathable knit keeps feet cool and dry over long distances. Targeted padding sits where blisters usually start, for all-day wearability on the track, trail or road. Sizes run S/M and L/XL.

Shop men's or women's sizing directly, or complete the kit with a headband and our cap range. Pair it all with the wider running apparel range.

FAQs

What’s special about Fractel performance socks?

Our socks use PULSE™ fabric with a breathable open‑knit structure and targeted compression zones to support circulation and reduce fatigue. They’re designed for race‑day performance but comfortable enough for everyday training.

Are they true running socks or just casual?

These are technical running socks first and foremost - lightweight, moisture‑wicking and engineered to minimise friction in high‑contact areas. Many runners also wear them casually because they feel supportive without being overly tight.

Will they help with blisters and fatigue?

The combination of targeted compression and smooth, breathable knit is designed to reduce movement in the shoe, improve hold and support blood flow - key factors in reducing hotspots, blisters and lower‑leg tiredness on long efforts. Proper shoe fit and lacing still play a big role, but the socks are built to support you.

How do I choose the right size and height?

Use the size chart on each product page or our size guide match your usual shoe size to the recommended S/M or M/L range (or equivalent). Height is mostly personal preference - crew lengths are popular for racing and everyday use, while lower cuts suit hotter climates or minimalist setups.
