Christmas Deadlines
Please order no later than 13 December to ensure product arrives in time for Christmas. Please note this is only for local shipments, for international shipping there is no guarantee - please email us if you are unsure.
Please remember these are guidelines provided by our carriers and do not provide a guarantee.
Australian Warehouse Closure
Please note the Australian warehouse will close on 19 December, and will not start shipping again until 5 January. Some overseas items ship from Australia - please reach out if you are unsure.
General Shipping Info
Products are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days (this may be longer during peak periods).
Please see at checkout for estimated shipping times, the below is a guide, please note where your item is shipping from at checkout. Our aim is to ship from the most local warehouse if the item is in stock, if not then we will ship from Australia. Stock levels are shown on the products pages by location for info.
If an item ships from Australia, we use multiple carriers - who then hand it over to your local postal service in your country. You can use the same tracking number through your local postal service tracking once it arrives in your country.

Standard Post: 3-5 Business Days
Express Post: 1-3 Business Days

Within the United Kingdom (From the UK warehouse))
Royal Mail: 2-3 Business Days
Within the United States (From the United States warehouse)
Multiple Carriers: 3-5 Business Days
International Destinations
Standard Post: 10-15 Business Days
