Fractel, a fast-growing company based on the Sunshine Coast, dedicated to performance and sustainability, is seeking a talented Custom Design & Production Coordinator to manage the end-to-end custom process—guiding customers from concept to delivery while ensuring exceptional quality and service.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone with a blend of exceptional client management skills, strong attention to detail, and design proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. You’ll be working alongside our Custom Design Lead and Graphic Designer, guiding customers through the entire journey—from concept to final delivery.

You’ll be the bridge between design, production, and customer experience, ensuring every piece of custom headwear and apparel meets our high standards of quality, performance, and sustainability.

Location: Sunshine Coast based preferred / Remote

Hours: Full Time or Part Time considered.

Salary: Based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Lead customers through the custom design journey, providing an exceptional experience from first enquiry to final product.
• Design Support: Use Adobe Illustrator to create mockups, tech packs, and design approvals in collaboration with our Graphic Designer.
• Production Oversight: Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth production, logo accuracy, and colour consistency.
• Invoicing & Order Tracking: Manage invoicing and track order progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain Fractel’s high standards by checking samples, coordinating approvals, and troubleshooting any production issues.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2+ years experience in a similar role (customer service, production, or design-related field).
✔️ Exceptional communication & client management skills—you’re proactive, organised, and solutions-focused.
✔️ Adobe Illustrator proficiency—capable of drafting mockups & production files.
✔️ Strong attention to detail—you spot errors before they become problems.
✔️ Strong spreadsheet management skills—tracking key dates, customer details, and production updates with precision.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects at once—balancing design requests, production timelines, and customer needs.
✔️ Passion for running and the outdoors is a bonus.
