Engineered with a relaxed performance silhouette, the design allows for complete freedom of movement without clinging to the body. Laser-cut panels, bonded seams and four-way stretch combine to minimise friction and maximise airflow when the intensity lifts. A wider shoulder construction helps prevent rubbing when wearing a hydration vest, making it ideal for long sessions, race days or training blocks.

Love Fractel Hats regardless, but this design has gotten alot of attention here in the US. I gets lots of questions about it and it is a great running hat. So love that i can use it for multiple purposes. Very Versatile.
Just received the Legionnaire hat and wore it in an ultra. Had tons of compliments on how it looks, but the function is what got me so stoked on it. This was a desert 100k in the heat and the hat kept me cool and protected from the sun. I have a large head (7 & 5/8th’s in a 59-50 fitted hat) and ordered the large size, it fit great. Form and function! Sold on this brand and plan to order another hat that doesn’t have the flaps as well. The quality seems really great and despite the fabric on the sides actually makes you run cooler than without it. The flat bill is really large and helps protect the face from the sun. Good job Fractel guys on designing this and getting it to market!
I got this for my partner as he was running his first marathon. He already has one from Fractel and loves it, so I treated him to another. He says they are extremely comfortable and really good quality. They wash fantastically in the washing machine and dry really quickly too. We would definitely recommend!

I adore my new hat. Light, cool and when I do sweat the head band holds it back. The mesh top allows my head to cool as I run. Also I ran my longest ever distance the 1st time I wore it. I am a Fractel convert for good now! Oooo also the adjustment you can do as you run is great for those window days when you need your hat to fit more snugly. All round AmAzing purchase. Thanks team
