Aero3Dā„¢ - Eco-friendly Mesh - More info

For warm-weather racing, where every gram and every degree matters.

The R-Polar runs on Italian-milled Aero3D fabric, made from 100% recycled yarns, for unmatched moisture management in the heat. Light as air with a firm peak structure, it holds a shallower race fit that reduces drag, finished in white and beige.

  • Aero3D fabric: Italian-milled, made from 100% recycled yarns for unmatched moisture management
  • Streamlined structure that reduces drag: firm peak, shallower race fit
  • Firm peak structure: light as air, shaped to hold through a full race
  • UPF sits on the crown panels, not the brim: a side effect of the fabric, not a headline feature
